The below policies apply to all YNPNdc events where a fee is charged, unless otherwise specified on the event page.

  1. Workshop registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
  2. A training fee is required in order to register and attend the session. The fee is listed on the individual event page.
  3. Space is available on a first come, first served basis and spots cannot be saved without payment being made.
  4. Payment may be made with a credit card online at www.ynpndc.org
  5. All purchases of workshop registrations are final and non-refundable accept as listed below.
  6. YNPNdc and partner agencies reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time. If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all trainees will be entitled to a full refund, but neither YNPNdc nor partner agencies will be responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation. If the event is canceled, all enrolled trainees will be contacted at the email address provided when registering.
  7. Payment in advance is preferred, and attendees are encouraged to register early. YNPNdc does not guarantee that on-site payment will be available at the door on the date of the event.
