Q. How do I know what type of membership I have?
A. Well, if you are reading this, then you are a Professional Member. To view your membership history, select the View/Edit Your Profile
on the home page, Select the My Activity Tab, then select Membership History. Here you can see your current membership status.
Q. When does my Professional Membership expire?
A. Your Professional Membership expires one year from the date you registered. If you are wondering when that is, select the View/Edit Your Profile
on the home page, Select the My Activity Tab, then select Membership History to see your current status and expiration
Q. How do I know what my benefits are?
A. You can learn more about your benefits by visiting the My Benefit page on the YNPNdc website.
Q. I'm having problems logging into the website.
A. Your username is the email address associated with your membership. Please check to make sure that you are using the email address associated with your membership to login. If you continue to have trouble, use the Reset password
feature under the login box on the homepage. If you do not know which email address is associated with your membership, or continue to experience difficulties, please send an email to email@example.com
and we will help you to resolve the issue.
Q. I got a new job in another city, can I get a refund for Professional Membership?
A. YNPNdc will honor requests for refund
s within the first 30 days of becoming a Professional Member. Refund
s will be made in the amount of the membership investment less a $5 administrative fee, and the Network Member rate of any benefits already used. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name and the email address associated with your membership.
Q. I recently registered for a professional development event and paid the event fee, but now I want to become a Professional Member. Can I get a refund on the event fee?
A. Event fees are not refund
able. After becoming a Professional Member, you will have free or discounted access to all of YNPNdc’s signature professional development and networking events.
Q. I’m not looking for a job; How do I stop receiving the Careers Email?
A. Professional Members can adjust their communication settings by selecting the Communication Settings tab under Account Settings
on you’re My Profile page to choose which YNPNdc emails you would like to receive.
