By volunteering with YNPNdc, you can gain nonprofit leadership experience, help strengthen the nonprofit sector in our region, and become more active in this growing professional network. YNPNdc is run by an all-volunteer team of nonprofit leaders who complete the following types of activities:

• Develop meaningful career advancement activities and opportunities
• Maintain a robust revenue strategy for operations
• Ensure the public is well-informed of YNPNdc activities and perspectives
• Maintain technology 
• Interpret data to inform decision making 

Committees are chaired by a member of the board of directors who is responsible for executing the ongoing strategies that help us achieve our organizational vision. Committee members attend monthly meetings, are responsible for regularly volunteering at events, and are expected to be organizational leaders and thought-partners with the board of directors. Most committee members spend 15-20 hours per month working on YNPNdc-related projects or attending events. Most board members spent 25-30 hours per month working on YNPNdc related projects and attending events. 

YNPNdc believes that the nonprofit network benefits from the involvement of dedicated people from diverse backgrounds. We encourage anyone committed to our mission to apply for a position on a committee. We are currently seeking candidates for all committees.

1. Online Application 
   All interested candidates must complete the online application. Applicants will be asked to indicate availability for an interview and committee preference. The application deadline is Monday, May 20 at 11:59pm.
2. Interviews 
   Promising applicants will be interviewed between June 13 - July 1. If selected, you will be contacted by a board member to arrange a meeting time and place. 
3. Selection & Orientation 
   Following interviews, candidates will be contacted about their status on July 12.
