Rachael G. King (@rachaelgking) is a Gen Y digital media native - and addict - who gets paid to do what she loves. (Life is good.) Rachael spent the better part of the last year traveling the country, speaking to and teaching the 54 states and territories of the National Guard how to use social media as a marketing and recruitment tool. Additionally, she works on social media strategy (blogging, Facebook, Twitter, and more) and community management with clients in the hospitality, sports and celebrity acquisition, retail, and nonprofit industries.

Mandy Stahl (@MandyStahl) is a young association professional who is a social media geek by nature.  I hail from the Midwest plains, but came to Washington, DC to work in politics.  When her jaunt in politics was done, she began working in the association world.  The last few years she has worked on social media and creating an online community as the Community Manager at ASAE (American Society of Association Executives), IAEE (Intentional Association of Exhibitions and Events), YAP (Young Association Professionals) events as well as traveling to industry trade shows and air shows for my association.
