About the presenter:
Jason Patnosh, Associate Vice President / National Director-Community HealthCorps
National Association of Community Health Centers, Inc (NACHC)

Jason began with NACHC in 1999 as a Program Assistant with Community HealthCorps, eventually growing to the role of Deputy Director in 2006. Jason served as NACHC’s Director of Partnership Development from 2006-2007 and helped to raise nearly $3 million dollars for health centers and NACHC, including the launch of partnerships with Kaiser Permanente, the Kellogg Foundation, and Covidien.

In November 2007, Jason returned to the program he helped to grow as the National Director and has coordinated the receipt of over $40 million dollars in federal support from AmeriCorps. Today, the Community HealthCorps is the largest healthcare-based AmeriCorps program in the nation.

Jason has spoken extensively about the importance of bringing national service opportunities to community health centers. Additionally, Jason has been an ardent advocate to ensure AmeriCorps programs build strong partnerships with other national service programs in their region and state. Jason also serves with other NACHC staff to coordinate the association’s efforts on workforce development and to help shape a strategy that addresses the full workforce continuum.
